To confirm the reservation is necessary to verify the availability of the tour or trip with Tropical Cruises and after that make a confirmation deposit of 50% of the total amount of the tour or trip, that operation can be done with to our authorized agents or with a deposit at our bank account to be indicated. The remaining 50% of the total amount must be paid in the beginning of the tour or trip to our representatives.

At the reservation and/or making the confirmation deposit and /or paying the services, the contractor/customer must be agree in the following general conditions.

In case of the tour or trip is canceled by the contractor/customer after the reservation, the confirmation deposit will not be refundable.

In case of the tour or trip is canceled by bad weather and/or by Tropical Cruises regarding technical conditions ( Vessels and /or Vehicles) , the confirmation deposit will be totally refundable, to make use of this condition, the captain and/or Tropical Cruises will be validating the bad Weather conditions, always having in mind the safety of our customer and crew. In this case rescheduling the trip it might be an option, for this case Tropical Cruises must confirm the availability of the same program and vessel for the new date.

The departures of the boats to open sea will depend of weather and maritimes conditions, those conditions will be evaluated by the captain responsible for the boat, at the moment of departure from the pier.

The responsibility on maintenance and conduction of the boats and vehicles is related to the boats/vehicles owners and respective captains and drivers, as established in legislation. The boats used have the obligatory insurance ask by the Brazilian navy, by that we let our customers aware that this basic insurance DPEM is the unique insurance available in case of accidents. Knowing that additional insurance coverage is recommended and it is NOT included in our service/charter

Tropical Cruises responsibilities are related to the commercialization of the tours and trips, as well as the organization of the events and itineraries

Customer Responsibilities

Tropical Cruises has as main principles respect to the customers and safety In order do avoid accidents and make your tour or trip a real pleasure from de beginning to the end, respect and need that customers respects and observes some basic rules of behavior and safety. We count with you!

1-To Respect the maximum capacity of the boat and vehicles and the orders of the crew and Tropical Cruises, under 18 year old passengers must be escorted by their responsibles (parents and/or relatives);

2-To make the participants of the group aware about the individual responsibility related to accidents and problems that may happen in case of dangerous, negligent ,or imprudent behavior;

3-The responsibility in case of accidents and damages of the customer is totally related to him self, by that removing any responsibility of the conductors , captains, crews, owners of vehicles (boats, cars, vans, buses) and Tropical Cruises;

4-To Assume total responsibility for the conduct of the passengers from your group, during the total time of the event, since the begging of the tour or trip;

5-To reimburse the boat or vehicle owner, if case of damages of the boat, vehicles, accessories and also fishing and snorkeling equipments, caused by the passengers of your group;

6-To forbid the use of drugs and boarding of fire weapons, and also to control the use of alcohol beverages a board;
